Before deleting your account, please read the below information carefully.

What happens if I permanently delete my account?

• You will not be able to access your camera from KENT CamEye app.
• You will not be able to access your KENT CamEye data which includes:

• Associated camera and shared user will be removed from your account.
• Your personal information like phone number, email address, device information, and etc will be permanently deleted. You won’t be able to retrieve anything.

How to delete account from App?

To delete your account from KENT CamEye app, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to the KENT CamEye app.

2. Open profile in the app.

3. Go to the Delete Account menu.

4. Verify your registered email.

5. Proceed after reading all the information carefully.

6. Now, click on the Yes, Delete My Account.

Please Note: Please delete all the associated cameras from your account before you proceed.

How to create account again?

You can easily create your account again through the app using your mobile number and email id.
